With a degree in Biochemistry with Chemistry and having been a freelance cook, coupled with a passion for healthy food, I feel that I have the right balance between scientific fact and practicality.
The three-year ‘Nutritional Therapists’ Diploma’ course at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition has provided a solid grounding in the clinical application of nutrition.
Being a member of BANT binds me to a strict ethical code of conduct.
Lucy’s areas of specific interest include weight management, female health, digestive problems, skin, heart health and sports nutrition.
